Delete your account
Updated 2026-07-16
What this does
Deleting your account permanently removes your Euphyr account and user-owned data. This includes your portfolio, watchlist, settings, integration credentials, notifications, and uploaded profile photo.
How to do it
The "Delete account" control is on the "General" tab in Settings.
- Open "Settings" and stay on the "General" tab.
- Scroll to "Delete account".
- Click "Delete account".
- Type
DELETEexactly as shown. - Click "Delete account" in the confirmation window.
You must have signed in within the last 10 minutes. If your session is older, sign out and sign back in before repeating these steps. Euphyr signs you out after the deletion finishes. Account deletion cannot be undone.
Common questions
Can I recover a deleted account?
No. Account deletion is permanent. If you may need domain notes, prices, or integration details later, record them somewhere else before deleting the account.
Does deleting my account remove connected registrar accounts?
Deleting Euphyr does not delete your account at a registrar, marketplace, or backorder provider. It removes the saved Euphyr connection and credentials. Domains, listings, bids, and settings already held by the third-party provider remain subject to that provider's controls.
What happens to public domain information?
Deleting your account removes the domains from your Euphyr portfolio and removes their link to your account. Public domain and market facts that are not tied to your account can remain in Euphyr's shared intelligence data.
When it doesn't work
- The final "Delete account" button is disabled — Type
DELETEin uppercase exactly as shown. - "You're signed out. Log in and try again." — Log in, return to "Settings", and repeat the deletion.
- Euphyr asks you to sign in again — Sign out, sign back in, and retry within 10 minutes.
- "Too many attempts. Try again in a minute." — Wait a minute before trying again.
- "Couldn't delete your account. Try again." — The deletion did not finish. Your account remains available; wait a moment and try again.
- Your profile photo may have been removed — The account deletion did not finish. Retry the deletion, or upload the photo again if you keep the account.
