Privacy policy

Information Euphyr collects

Account information includes your email address, profile name, profile photo, public portfolio handle and description when you choose to publish them, authentication records, and account preferences.

Product information includes domains and watchlist entries, notes, prices, listing status, registrar details, valuation inputs and results, notification choices, and the actions you take in Euphyr.

When you contact a seller through a public portfolio, Euphyr receives the name, email address, message, optional offer amount, and domain you submit so the inquiry can be delivered to that seller.

When you connect a third-party service, Euphyr receives the credentials or authorization needed for that connection and the account data you ask Euphyr to sync. Integration credentials are encrypted at rest.

Euphyr also receives basic technical and usage information needed to run and secure the service, such as request data, device or browser details, timestamps, error reports, and abuse-prevention signals.

With your permission, Euphyr uses PostHog Cloud EU to collect page views, clicks, browser and device data, performance measurements, browser errors, heatmaps, and session recordings. Recordings can include visible page content and pointer movement. Form entries are masked, network bodies and headers are not recorded, and URL query strings are removed before capture. Signed-in analytics use an internal account ID rather than your email or name.

How Euphyr uses information

Euphyr uses information to provide your account, portfolio, estimates, market context, integrations, notifications, and support; to secure and troubleshoot the service; and to understand which beta features are useful.

Domain names and related market information may be sent to data, infrastructure, and AI providers when needed to produce an estimate, check public records, sync an account, or operate a feature. Euphyr does not ask those providers to identify you from a domain name.

How information is shared

Euphyr does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only with service providers that help operate Euphyr, with third-party accounts you choose to connect, when required by law or to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.

A public portfolio shows the profile details and for-sale domains its owner explicitly publishes. Public portfolio pages can be viewed and indexed without an account. A buyer inquiry is shared with the seller whose portfolio or domain the buyer contacted.

Connected registrars, marketplaces, backorder services, and public-data providers apply their own privacy terms to information they receive directly.

Data retention and deletion

Euphyr keeps account and product information while your account is active and as needed to provide the private beta. You can delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your authentication account, user-owned portfolio records, preferences, integration credentials, and uploaded profile photo.

Public portfolio inquiries remain available to the seller while their account is active and as needed to operate the inquiry feature. Buyers can email support@euphyr.com to request access to or deletion of an inquiry they submitted.

Limited information may remain for a reasonable period in backups, security records, and service logs, or where retention is required by law. Public domain and market facts that are not tied to your account may remain in Euphyr's shared intelligence data.

Security

Euphyr uses access controls, row-level database rules, encryption for integration credentials, and monitoring to protect account data. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so keep your account and connected-service credentials secure.

Your choices

You can update your profile, email, password, passkeys, and notification settings in Settings. You can disconnect integrations and delete domains you added. Deleting your account is permanent.

You can allow, decline, or change PostHog analytics at any time through "Analytics choices". When analytics are disabled, Euphyr does not send PostHog analytics events or session recordings from that browser.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or export personal information, or object to certain processing. Email support@euphyr.com to make a privacy request.

International processing

Euphyr and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Privacy protections and lawful transfer measures depend on the locations involved and will be reviewed as the beta expands.

Children

Euphyr is not directed to children under 16 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, email support@euphyr.com.

Changes and contact

Euphyr may update this policy as the product and its providers change. Material updates will be communicated to beta users before they take effect. For privacy questions or requests, email support@euphyr.com.
