What this does

The sidebar gives you direct links to Euphyr's help guides and beta feedback email. You can report a problem or suggest a feature from the same menu.

How to do it

1. Go to the bottom of the left sidebar.
2. Click "Help docs" to browse guides for using Euphyr.
3. Click "Report bug" to open a prefilled bug report in your email app.
4. Click "Request feature" to open a prefilled feature request in your email app.
5. Add the relevant details and send the email.

Common questions

What should I include in a bug report?

Describe what happened, what you expected, and which page or domain you were viewing. Add a screenshot if it makes the problem easier to understand.

What makes a useful feature request?

Describe what you want Euphyr to help you do and why it matters to your workflow. A short example is usually enough.

When it doesn't work

• Nothing happens after clicking "Report bug" or "Request feature" — Check that your browser has a default email app configured. You can also email support@euphyr.com directly.
• "Help docs" does not open — Refresh the page and try again. If the problem continues, email support@euphyr.com.
