Connect a for-sale lander

Updated 2026-07-20

What this does

An Euphyr lander shows a focused for-sale page when someone visits your domain. The page displays the domain, your asking price or "Make an offer", your public seller profile, and an inquiry form.

How to do it

  1. Verify the domain and make sure it is not hidden.
  2. Open "Settings", select "Public profile", and publish your profile.
  3. Open the domain from "Portfolio" and select the "Manage" tab.
  4. Find "Euphyr lander" and click "Connect lander".
  5. Add each DNS record shown by Euphyr at the service that manages your domain's DNS. Keep existing email records.
  6. Return to the domain's "Manage" tab and click "Check DNS".
  7. When the status changes to "Live", click "Open lander" to visit the domain.

Common questions

What appears on my lander?

An Euphyr lander shows the domain, its selling price or "Make an offer", an ownership verification label, your public seller name, and an inquiry form. Visitors can also open your published seller profile.

Do I need to list the domain on Euphyr first?

No. An Euphyr lander is separate from the domain's listing at euphyr.com/listings. You can connect a lander without adding the domain to the global listings page.

What happens to the website already on the domain?

Pointing a domain to an Euphyr lander replaces the website currently served from that domain. Only change the DNS records Euphyr shows, and keep existing MX records if you use the domain for email.

Where do buyer inquiries go?

An inquiry from an Euphyr lander appears under "Settings" → "Public profile" → "Inquiries". Euphyr also sends the inquiry to your account email, and you can reply to the buyer by email.

How do I remove a lander?

Open the domain's "Manage" tab, find "Euphyr lander", click "Disconnect", and confirm. The Euphyr page stops serving from the domain, but you still need to update the domain's DNS before using another website.

When it doesn't work

  • "Publish your public profile before connecting a lander." — Open "Settings", select "Public profile", complete the required fields, and click "Publish".
  • "Verify this domain before connecting it." — Complete the ownership verification shown for the domain, then return to its "Manage" tab.
  • The lander stays on "DNS pending" — Compare every displayed DNS record with your DNS provider. Remove conflicting A or CNAME records for the same host, wait for the changes to propagate, and click "Check DNS" again.
  • "This domain is connected to another site." — Remove the domain from the other hosting service, then click "Connect lander" again.
  • The lander opens but the price is wrong — Update "Selling price" on the domain's "Manage" tab. Clear the selling price if you want the lander to show "Make an offer".
  • Email stops after connecting the lander — Restore the domain's previous MX records at your DNS provider. The lander does not require you to remove email records.
