Recover from an unexpected error

What this does

The unexpected error screen gives you a safe way to retry a page or return to your dashboard when Euphyr cannot finish loading.

How to do it

1. Click "Try again" once.
2. If the same screen returns, click "Go to dashboard".
3. Open the page again from the dashboard.

Common questions

Did I lose the change I just made?

Check the relevant domain or setting after the page reloads. A failed page can interrupt the confirmation screen even when an earlier change was saved.

Should I keep clicking "Try again"?

No. Retry once, then return to the dashboard. Repeated retries rarely resolve a continuing problem.

When it doesn't work

• "Something went wrong" returns after one retry — Go to the dashboard and open the page again. If it still fails, report the page you were opening and the action you took immediately before the error.
• The dashboard also shows "Something went wrong" — Wait a few minutes and try again. The problem may affect more than one page.
